My name is Ethan Snow, but you probably know me as “7ven,” my producer name/alter ego. Born in Redding Ca, I’ve lived a music-filled existence as a local for 22 years.

My journey started in kindergarten at Redding School of the Arts, where I was blessed with an abundance of musical knowledge and performance experience. At the age of 7, I found an interest in playing the electric guitar, then shifted to playing drums after being introduced to percussion instruments during high school. Come late 2017, I began to make simple beats from scratch on an old laptop, shortly needing FL Studio in order to expand my skill-set. Since then, my style has moved around many sides of the producing spectrum; I make gritty boom-bap beats, hard/deep trap bangers, mellow easy listening stuff, and of course some live organic tracks to heal the soul.

What makes me stand out from other producers is my laser focus, calm energy, and unmatched stamina; I’m capable of more than you’d think. Whether it's a party in the studio or pure work-flow, I’m ready to lock in and do my best work; every single time.

My main inspirations (how I’m even here in the first place) are Bennyrocket and Sohl, my childhood best friends who've encouraged my growth since the beginning, and have helped me stay strong/confident in my craft. After years of growth as a young producer, I’ve decided to let my smooth, yet hard-hitting and diverse style of instrumentals flow through the streets of Redding, hoping to spread good vibes within our local music community.
